Online driver applications
Drivers apply in one secure online session. The application collects the information a motor carrier needs to evaluate and qualify a driver, and tells the applicant up front what they'll need to finish.
- Personal & license information: contact details and CDL by class and state.
- Address history: the past three years of residential addresses.
- Employment history: three to ten years depending on license type.
- Document upload: driver's license and current medical certificate.
Digital onboarding & consent forms
Applicants sign required consent forms electronically, including drug and alcohol testing consent under 49 CFR Part 382, with the signature, timestamp, and IP recorded. Signed forms attach to the application, so consent and documentation stay together from the first session.
Convert to a driver record

Yes. Drivers complete the application online in one secure session, upload their license and medical certificate, provide their address and employment history, and sign required consent forms electronically.
Does a completed application become a driver qualification file?
Yes. When an applicant is hired, the completed application and uploaded documents convert directly into a driver qualification file, so onboarding paperwork does not have to be re-entered.
How are consent forms handled?
Consent forms, including drug and alcohol testing consent under 49 CFR Part 382, are signed electronically with a timestamp and IP recorded. Electronic signatures carry the same legal effect as handwritten signatures under the ESIGN Act and applicable state UETA laws.
Can I see which documents an applicant still owes?
Yes. The hiring pipeline shows each applicant’s stage and how many required documents are complete, so you can follow up on anyone awaiting documents before moving them forward.
