About TruckFlow

Built From Doing the Compliance Paperwork

TruckFlow comes out of hands-on DOT compliance documentation work for motor carriers, keeping driver qualification files, vehicle records, and inspection paperwork in order for real fleets.

TruckFlow was built by a founder who has done DOT compliance documentation work for motor carriers. That work meant keeping driver qualification files complete, tracking CDL and medical card expirations, organizing inspection and accident records, and getting paperwork ready when a DOT review came up.

Most of that work happens in spreadsheets, shared drives, and paper binders. It functions day to day, but it breaks down at the edges: an expiration nobody was watching, a file split across three folders, a record that takes an afternoon to find when someone needs it now. The information exists; it is just scattered and hard to keep current.

TruckFlow is the product that came out of doing that job. It puts driver qualification files, vehicle registration and inspection records, roadside inspections, FMCSA accident records, documents, and recruiting in one place, and tracks expirations so you can see what is coming due. It does not file your paperwork for you or make compliance decisions; it organizes your own records and shows you what needs attention. You stay responsible for your fleet's DOT and FMCSA compliance; TruckFlow is the tool that helps you keep it in order.
